ANNUAL DAY – ‘UTSAV’

PTVA’s English Medium School, Andheri celebrated its seventh Annual Day woven around the theme ‘UTSAV’ with vibrancy and festive celebrations on 21st December 2023.

The Annual Day was presided over by renowned singer and visualizer Mrs. Archana Gore as the Chief Guest and PTVA Director Shri Pramod Lele.

Entailing the formal welcome, the Annual Report showcasing the commendable achievements of students and teachers was presented by the Principal. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest stated that hobbies like music, dance, or any kind of sports activities play a pivotal role in shaping a child’s personality. Further, she asked the students to explore their interests while they are young and pursue them as they could be good career options. This was followed by the Prize distribution ceremony for the students who excelled in academics, co-curricular curricular activities, and Arts. Prizes were also given to the parents for their fabulous display of craftsmanship in the paper lantern-making competition. 

The programme was an amalgamation of wonderful festive hues in alignment with the theme and was the essence of the evening. The audience was enthralled by the well-choreographed dances. The props and costumes added colour to the festive occasion with the synchronized dance movement to the foot-tapping music.  The drama ‘Kilbil Missing’ by Manshakti Kendra captivated the audience as it discussed the sensitive issue of family screen time and its consequences.

The spectacular display of talent was an unforgettable experience and left a lasting impression on the minds of everyone present.
