Constitution Day Celebration
Our Constitution, Our Pride! To commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution and promote awareness about its significance among students, PTVA’s English medium School, Andheri observed the National Constitution Day on 26 th November 2025 with an array of activities.
A special assembly was conducted to mark the occasion in which floral tribute was offered to the Father of the Indian Constitution Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. Programme in charge teacher Miss Radhika Gupta highlighted the Indian Constitution as a ‘living document’ that reflects the hopes, dreams and values of the citizens of India. All the students recited the Preamble to the constitution.
A quiz competition was organized for the students of Std 5, 6 and 7 to test their knowledge about the Constitution. An Essay Writing competition based on the Constitution was held for the students of Std 8 and 9. The winners of the Quiz and Essay competitions were given appreciation certificates and prizes. Students took a pledge to uphold the values enshrined in the Constitution. The display gallery highlighted the craft work of the students including handwritten slogans, the Preamble and the award winning essays.
The event promoted patriotism and national pride among students.
