PTVA’s English Medium School, Andheri celebrated the success of students in the Pre-Upper Primary Scholarship examination

Time to rejoice, time to celebrate!

PTVA’s English Medium School, Andheri celebrated the success of students in the Pre-Upper Primary Scholarship examination held in February 2023. Out of the total of 12 students of Std. 5 (2022-2023) who appeared for the scholarship examination, 8 were declared ‘Eligible’ for the scholarship. What better way to recognize, celebrate and share the progress, hard work, and success of our students than by holding a certificate ceremony?

A felicitation programme for these young achievers was held in the school on Thursday 3rd August 2023. PTVA Director Shri. Promod Lele graced the event and gave a pat of appreciation on the back of these scholars through his speech of encouragement and by rewarding them with appreciation certificates. Shri Lele advised the students to balance academics with co-curricular activities for the all-round development of their personalities.

Principal Mrs. Mrinalini Mhetre appreciated the scholarship achievers and advised them to stay focused and engaged in constructive activities in their leisure time. The teachers who guided these students for the scholarship examination, Miss Shweta Yadav, Miss Aarti Halbe, and Mrs. Harshada Mulmule were also felicitated for their diligent efforts in bringing out the best in these students through after-school coaching and preparing them for the competitive examination. School topper Master Jay Bandivdekar spoke about his experience of attending the special coaching in the school and his study schedule. Aarti Halbe teacher gave a few tips to the scholarship aspirants of the 2023-24 batch. Parents of the merit holders were invited to attend the programme. On behalf of the parents, Mrs. Kalpita Bandivdekar and Mrs. Pradnya Khamkar expressed their gratitude toward the school Management.
