School Picnic
Just education is not enough, children must have sunshine, freedom, and playtime!
The most awaited day of the year was the school picnic at Bhavan’s Nature Park, Andheri (West) for the students of grades 1 to 3 on 17th January 2023 and for the students of grades 4 to 6 on 18th January 2023.
The students were extremely excited and kept singing songs on the bus till they reached the venue. They were welcomed by the staff of the nature park and served delicious breakfast and were grouped for various exciting and challenging activities like Personality Development Games, Nature Trail, Pet Animal Care, Archery, Cave Tunnel, Vertical Ladder, and Zip-lining.
Bhavan’s Nature Park gave an experience of being surrounded by greenery and the beauty of nature.
After the fun-packed activity session, they all headed for lunch and relished scrumptious items of food.
Before they boarded their buses back to school, the students expressed a desire to revisit the place. Indeed, it was a great day for all the students and teachers, as it strengthened the bond between them.
The children clearly enjoyed their day to the fullest and created beautiful memories to be cherished by them for a long time to come. The picnic was a much-needed break from the regular schedule of the students in school and the children made the best out of the day.
