PTVA’s English Medium School, Andheri, participated in a cleanup campaign at Juhu Beach, organized by the West Mumbai Suburban Bharat Scouts & Guides District Association on September 7, 2025. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and Unit Leaders of 9 different schools.

A team of 40 student volunteers from PTVA’s English Medium School led by Guide Captain Tr. Radhika Gupta, Flock Leader Tr. Kajal Bhise and PE Teacher Shri Akshay Dighe contributed significantly to the program.

The event was graced by notable personalities, including Social Activist Mrs. Amruta Fadnavis, MLA Shri Amit Satam, Police Commissioner Shri Deven Bharti, Municipal Commissioner Shri Bhushan Gagrani, and actor Shri Akshay Kumar.

The students collected and disposed of a substantial amount of trash, making the beach area cleaner and safer for visitors.

The student volunteers received appreciation for their responsible contribution to environment conservation and community service, along with participation certificates from the organizers.
