ROAD SAFETY CAMPAIGN

PTVA’s English Medium School, Andheri conducted a Road Safety Week in association with the Sahar Traffic Department, Mumbai Police with an array of programmes aiming to spread awareness among young students about practicing precautionary measures necessary for commuting safely on roads.

A Road Safety Drawing Competition was held on 1st February 2024, in which 226 students participated enthusiastically across all seven standards. 45 students from Std. III to Std. VII participated in the Elocution Competition held on 2nd February 2024 while 53 students from Std. III to VII participated in the Road Safety Slogan Writing activity.

On 8th February 2024, authorities from the Sahar Police Traffic Department conducted an interactive workshop for the students.

The school was felicitated with an appreciation certificate by the Sahar Police Traffic Department for its enthusiastic participation in the ‘Traffic Public Awareness Programme’ of the National Road Safety Campaign 2024.
